Select Event Group is proud to introduce the Organic-Concept Cloud Series to our offering — one of the most capable large-scale stretch tent solutions in the market. Engineered for high-capacity, high-complexity event productions across sports, entertainment, corporate, and festival applications, the Cloud Series sets a new standard for what a temporary structure can deliver at scale.

This is not a standard tent rental. It is a fully configurable, production-grade structure built to meet the demands of events where coverage, compliance, and customization all have to work together.

Scale & Configuration

The Cloud Series is available in three primary configurations:

19x35m covering approximately 665 square meters of usable space, suited for mid-to-large activations, hospitality villages, and covered festival areas.

20x53m covering approximately 1,060 square meters, designed for large-footprint productions requiring significant single-unit coverage without the operational complexity of multiple connected structures.

22x22m offering a square format at approximately 484 square meters, well-suited to centralized event layouts, VIP environments, and branded activation spaces.

All configurations operate as hybrid stretch tents: they can be rigged fully open-sided for ventilated, semi-outdoor environments, or closed down entirely with sidewalls for weather-sealed, climate-controlled productions. This makes the Cloud Series viable across seasons and in conditions where open-sided structures would not be operationally feasible.

Technical Specifications

Cloud Series structures are built with Organic-Concept’s 3-ply stretch fabric, a robust three-layer woven polyester construction without PVC coating, rated at 730g/m². Key performance specs:

• Wind resistance
• Fire compliance
• Highest Safety Standards

These specifications position the Cloud Series well for permitted event environments, productions with multi-day build schedules, and clients with documented compliance requirements.

Customization

Color and branding customization is available across all Cloud Series configurations. Standard fabric colors include Sand, White Block Out, White Translucent, Silver Grey, Chino, Taupe, and Black, in addition to Organic-Concept’s expanded earthy tone palette in 3-ply: Clay, Almond, Camel, Dust Pink, Fox Red, Opium, and Etruscan Red.

Custom printed liners are also compatible with the Cloud Series, offering the ability to integrate branded graphics, sponsor activations, or designed interior environments at scale. Both inner and outer liner applications are available, drawing from Organic-Concept’s existing print library or developed as fully custom designs in collaboration with their design team.

For large-scale productions where the visual environment is part of the deliverable, liner customization provides a level of interior branding capability that conventional tent structures do not offer.
