And if you wanted something that actually felt like yours, a design that matched a brand, a palette that set a mood, a ceiling that made guests stop and look up, you were mostly on your own.

That changes now.

Select Event Group is officially launching Organic-Concept custom stretch tent products. Now, the tent you put on a site can be built around the event, not the other way around.

The Structure

Organic-Concept Stretch Tents are handcrafted by skilled sailmakers, refined over 15+ years of production. They can be set up free-standing or anchored to an existing structure, adaptable to a lawn, a rooftop, a courtyard, a garden, and almost any footprint a planner throws at them.

Available in a wide range of sizes, each tent is built with 2-ply or 3-ply stretch fabric — waterproof, wind resistant, fire compliant, and built to last. These aren’t pop-up canopies. They’re production-grade structures made for real event conditions.

The Color Options

Standard fabric colors, available in both 2-ply and 3-ply, include Sand, White Block Out, White Translucent, Silver Grey, Chino, Taupe, and Black. Classics that work across a wide range of event aesthetics.

Organic-Concept has also developed a curated palette of earthy tones, available in 3-ply: Clay, Almond, Camel, Dust Pink, Fox Red, Opium, and Etruscan Red. These aren’t colors you’ll find anywhere else in the market. They were designed to live beautifully in outdoor environments and to photograph the way event professionals actually need spaces to photograph.

The Custom Printed Liners

The liner program is the piece that changes the game entirely.

Organic-Concept’s Printed Inner and Outer Liners are lightweight printed stretch fabric, FR-compliant and 100% polyester, that layer onto any stretch tent to completely transform the space.

Inner Liners are applied to the inside of the tent, turning the ceiling and walls into a fully designed environment. A floral canopy effect, a custom geometric pattern, a client’s brand or color story running across the entire interior overhead. For clients who have always wanted a tent that feels more like a room, this is it.

Outer Liners sit on top of the tent’s exterior and deliver an immediate visual impact from the outside. The first impression before a guest ever walks through the door.

Both options pull from an extensive library of pre-designed prints or can be created entirely custom through Organic-Concept’s design team. They fit new tents and existing tents alike, which means this isn’t just about new builds. It’s also a way to take a setup you’ve already used and make it feel completely new.
