Flexible Options with the Inclement Weather Contract

Weather can be unpredictable, but your event planning doesn’t have to be. Our Inclement Weather Option (IWO) gives you the flexibility to make a final decision 72 hours before installation. This allows you to monitor forecasts and determine if additional coverage is necessary without committing upfront to the full cost of the equipment.

How It Works:

• Secure your inclement weather equipment with a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve the necessary items and a spot on our crew’s schedule.
• 72 hours prior to installation, make your final decision. If you choose to proceed, the remaining 50% balance will be due at that time.
• If you decide not to move forward, you forfeit the deposit, but no further payment is required.

While our inclement-weather solutions provide an added layer of protection, no setup is completely weatherproof. In cases of severe weather, our team remains in close communication with you to assess conditions and provide expert recommendations to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
