This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of internal applications and integrations (“Application”) provided by Select Event Group.

Purpose of the Application:

The Application is intended solely for internal business use, including reporting, analytics, and operational support.

The Application may integrate with one or more third-party systems via application programming interfaces (APIs) to retrieve and process business data for internal purposes.

Data Access and Use:

By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Application may access data from authorized internal and third-party systems.
• Data is used exclusively for internal business operations and reporting.
• Data is not sold, licensed, or distributed to unauthorized third parties.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for:

• Having appropriate authorization to access the data made available through the Application.
• Using the Application in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Protecting the confidentiality of all data accessed through the Application.

No Warranty:

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Select Event Group does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Select Event Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

Third-Party Services:

The Application may rely on third-party services or platforms. Select Event Group is not responsible for the availability, performance, or functionality of such third-party services.

Changes to this Agreement:

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
