The Event Equipment and Linen Service Team is assembled to satisfy the different requirements of our retail and commercial clients.
Our retail client team works with you to coordinate our broad array of linens, tables, chairs, fine china, silverware and stemware into the unique memorable design for your special event. Depending on the your preference, we can do this over the phone using tools from our website to put together your “Design Table”, or, even better, in one of our studios where you receive a hands on experience. Regardless of the format, your consultant will provide expert guidance to achieve the look you want.
Once your selection is complete, your consultant remains dedicated to you throughout the entire event to make sure your expectations for delivery, set up, strike and any special requests are carried out.
Our commercial clients are assigned to dedicated teams to work with you and your clients on an ongoing basis. The teams are tasked to develop an intimate knowledge of your business objectives and make sure that we are aligned to them. The Account Executive serves as the lead on a team of Account Managers who form your day to day contact. Together, your team becomes an integrated part of your organization working alongside of you to delight your clients.
